• Create new brand identities (logos, colors, fonts, and illustration styles) for industrial startups
• Share your creative ideas with clients, implement their feedback, and help guide them toward fresh concepts
• Design websites from wireframe to finished product, ensuring alignment with the final build in collaboration with our developer
• Occasionally turn ad concepts into polished campaigns, brochures, print collateral, and slide decks

• A portfolio showcasing at least two strong website designs and two branding projects
• Expertise in Figma (90% of your work will be here) and some experience with Canva; familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign) for occasional print work
• A self-organized, independent worker comfortable with minimal structure in a remote environment
• Experience collaborating with developers to bring web designs to life
• Ad design or motion design experience is a plus but not required
