As a Marketing Designer, you will produce app store assets for the ASO Department.

• Taking part in the creative process, executing concepts, contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions, and providing all the stunning creatives needed.
• Producing performance marketing assets like App Icons, Screenshots, and other Store Promotional visual creatives, that reflect the features and also highlight the key selling points of our apps.
• Benchmarking and keeping an eye on competitors.
• Keeping updated with the new trends and best practices in the mobile industry, especially in regard to app store visuals and marketing.

• +2 years of experience working in marketing environments. Especially in creative production for mobile apps or games.
• Strong and multidisciplinary Art Skillset.
• Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Expert working with image/photo editing software.
• Familiar with ideation, creative processes and marketing sensibility.
• Adapt to new ways to produce visual creatives. You know how to make compelling creatives from scratch or templates when needed.
• Strong organizational skills. 
• A problem solver with a great eye for detail, meticulous, curious, yet responsible, and motivated to expand your skills further.
• Proactive and self-driven yet a good team player with the ability to listen and communicate a positive attitude providing feedback to others’ work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of best practices in the App Stores Optimisation fields.
• Experience working with video editing and video effects software like After Effects
• Interest in data analysis and testing creative hypotheses.
• Passionate about visual communication, design and advertising trends.
• Fluent in Spanish. English and second languages are a plus.
